We track your contingency removal and close of escrow dates, manage your state disclosure paperwork until all documents are fully executed, and ensure that all reports have been reviewed by the purchaser of the home before close of escrow.

We also communicate with the escrow officer and the lender to ensure that all parties are meeting contract deadlines.
