We are committed to managing your escrow from acceptance to closing. We track your contingency removal and close of escrow dates, manage your state disclosure paperwork until all documents are fully executed, and ensure that all reports have been reviewed by the purchaser of the home before close of escrow.
We also communicate with the escrow officer and the lender to ensure that all parties are meeting contract deadlines. Our service can free up to 12 hours of strenuous processing work that you can spend on producing new opportunities, developing new business relationships, or on personal time.
